Civil Process Fees and Submission Information

In-State Civil Process Fee:

• A $28.00 Sheriff’s Civil Process fee must be paid to the court where the case was filed. Please provide our office with a copy of the payment receipt and three copies of the service documents for each defendant.

Out-of-State Civil Process Fee:

• The fee for out-of-state civil process service is $60.00 per case number.
