JCSO Announces the Retirement of Deputy Tom Shively

A short time ago, Deputy Tom Shively announced his retirement from the Johnson County Sheriff's Office. Tom has been employed by the Sheriff's Office since January 1, 1983 and has been a Merit Deputy since March 6, 1986. During his tour of duty, Tom was the first Deputy to serve as a Dare Coordinator for Johnson County. Tom has earned several distinguished service awards and has served as a Field Training Officer and Sergeant. The men and women of the Johnson County Sheriff's Office wish him good luck in all his future endeavors and thank him for more than 21 years of service to the community.
